The Rally Movement was started in 1931 by a gentleman who owned a bicycle shop in Auckland. He had a growing spiritual concern for the boys who purchased bicycles off him. In 1944 it was officially launched as Every Boys and Every Girls Rally. The Rally Movement has spread across New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Fiji and India and it is aimed at children 7-16 years old. Rally is a programme available to Churches within the CCCNZ Movement and Brethren Churches.

The Rally objectives are: build strong Christ character, increase knowledge and understanding, develop physical fitness, confidence & team co-operation. We achieve this through using things like Parade, Games, Badge Work, Hobbies, Memory verses and Bible lessons. You can use some or all of these parts of the programme, but a Bible lesson is always expected. You can also run Rally focused on the junior age range 7-12 or senior 13-16.

We are also looking at how we can meet the needs of the families behind the children through providing sessions for “Parenting Skills".
