OAC exists to preach the gospel where people are, and to equip God’s people for evangelism. OAC is the New Zealand division of Open Air Campaigners which has branches in more than thirty countries. OAC has been in NZ since 1954.
Our Mission
To share the gospel by all means everywhere and to equip the church to do the same.
Our Ministry
Preaching & Teaching
All OAC accredited evangelists have all undergone the OAC School of Evangelism preaching module. As passionate evangelists, they love the opportunity to inspire and motivate others to share Christ with their friends and family.
Our evangelists are available to speak to your church, home group, youth, children or church camp.
Youth
OAC can help your church to organise and run evangelistic youth events for your teens and their unsaved friends.
We also provide training for your youth groups to give your youth the tools to share their faith with their friends.
Children
Our children are the next generation and too many of that generation have no exposure to the saving message of the gospel. OAC can provide speakers for your Sunday school and Rally break-ups as well as training for your teachers to help them to share the gospel in a simple but creative way.
Evangelistic Strategic Planning
Romans 1:16 says
"For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ. For it is the power of God salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek."
How easily we are distracted with programs in our church calendar but it is the gospel alone that saves. OAC would love to help you get back to the basics and make sure that the gospel is the centre of all your ministries as a church.
