God is love! He showed his love through sending Jesus to die for the world. He waits patiently, desiring every person to come back into a relationship with him, not wanting any to perish. Like the father in The Lost Son parable, God is looking, waiting, and desiring his family to come home. 

People are made in the image of God but are victims of Satan and the spiritual forces of evil and need saving. Jesus came so people may have life to the full.
